Deburr Finisher 2nd Shift

We have a live opportunity for a Duburr Finisher to join a leading Aerospace manufacturing company based close to Newington CT. 
 
Due to growth our client is actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic Duburr to join their industry leading business. The Duburr will perform precision polishing, finishing, and rework on aerospace components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality standards, tight tolerances, and production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities for the Duburr Finisher:

• Perform precision polishing and finishing on aerospace components to tight tolerances
• Interpret drawings, sketches, and instructions to plan finishing operations
• Select appropriate tools, abrasives, and materials based on part requirements
• Execute chamfering and detailed finishing without damaging critical dimensions
• Inspect and measure parts using precision instruments to ensure specifications are met 

Experience for the Deburr Finisher:

• Experience in polishing, finishing, or machining precision components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Knowledge of different materials and appropriate finishing techniques
• Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
• Skilled in selecting abrasives, compounds, and finishing tools
• Experience with rework, repair, or corrective manufacturing processes
• Understanding of manufacturing or aerospace production environments (preferred)

Hours and Pay rates for the Deburr Finisher:

• Second shift available (3:30pm to 12:00am)
• .53-.45.
• Second shift includes 11% shift differential.

This is a full-time permanent position for the successful Deburr Finisher
