A growing aerospace and defense manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, and making a direct impact on production operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach, develop, and support shop floor employees.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Resolve production challenges and remove operational roadblocks.
• Support production growth, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Aerospace, defense, machining, or complex assembly experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience using ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
